Great value with annual plan

Good data, some navigation issues

I signed up for the Pro plan to get access to the Keyword Rankings Tracker and the Niche Research Tool. The data itself was quite useful for my Etsy shop and felt pretty accurate. I did find the interface a bit clunky sometimes, especially when switching between different tools. It took a little getting used to. Delivery of the service, since it's digital, was instant, which was great. The value is definitely there for the price, but a smoother user experience would make it five stars.

Growth has a bunch more features, especially for email marketing and some of the more advanced analytics. If you're serious about scaling and automating, Growth is probably worth it.

Pro is good for getting started, but Growth unlocks a lot of the deeper insights and things like the trademark monitor. Depends on how big your shop is or how big you want it to be.

You can cancel your subscription whenever, but for the annual plan, you've paid for the year, so you'd still have access until that year is up. You don't get a partial refund usually.

Yeah, you can cancel, but you won't get your money back for the unused months if you paid for the whole year up front. It just means it won't renew after your current term.
